The President called the 7th Development Plan the identity document of the government's vision for transformation in the next five years under the 26 policies announced by the Supreme Leader.
Speaking in the extraordinary meeting of the cabinet held on Saturday afternoon for the purpose of final review and approval of the 7th five-year economic, social and cultural development plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while appreciating the round-the-clock efforts of some institutions and individuals, especially Dr Mirkazemi, the Former Head of the Plan and Budget Organisation and his colleagues in compiling this programme, described it as the identity document of the government's vision for transformation in the next five years under the 26 policies announced by the Supreme Leader.
The President urged all the ministers to present their corrective opinions with the necessary sensitivity and special care in the shortest possible time, so that this important document, after the summary and final approval in the government, according to the approval of the Speaker of the Parliament, after the election of the board of directors, should be submitted to the Islamic Consultative Assembly and there should be no delay in this regard.
