Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi appointed Dr Meysam Latifi as Vice President and Head of the Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organisation. Dr Latifi was born in 1979 in Hamedan and graduated with a PhD in Human Resource Management.
