Iran, Lebanon to initial legal assistant agreements/Gov’t approves Iran-Afghanistan-India bill on int’l transport corridor

The Council of Ministers convened late on Sunday and authorised initialling of legal assistant agreements between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Lebanon.

In the session that was chaired by Dr Rouhani, the cabinet also approved the bill of a trilateral agreement between Iran, Afghanistan and India on international transport corridor –Chabahar Agreement.

The government also approved that $2bn of its debts to farmers be paid and settled.

Allocating $2.3m for organising, support and insurance of Arba’een pilgrims was also discussed and approved by the cabinet.
