Speaking on Friday afternoon in a meeting with elites, scholars, families of martyrs and veterans and representatives of the people of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi stated that all managers are obliged to accompany the country's scientific and academic centres on the path of change, adding, "The missing link in the deprivation of the rich and powerful province of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad is not using the province's capacities correctly".

Stating that the issue of not using the province's capacities for development and progress has not been properly addressed and examined, Dr Raisi said, "This issue cannot and should not remain a constant concern of the people and it must be answered why a province with such capacities in the fields of agriculture, tourism, industry, oil and gas and petrochemicals has not been able to properly benefit from their gifts”.

The President described executive justice as one of the characteristics of the 13th government and added, "Studies conducted in the field of obstacles to the development of the province and the social damage caused by it are the basis for starting work, and on the other hand, the basis for progress and development is paying deep attention to justice”.

Referring to the emphasis of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution that all actions and work of the government should be accompanied by justice, Ayatollah Raisi said, "The government's attempt for change and progress will be based on science, justice and spatial planning".

The President mentioned the elimination of unemployment and barriers to production as the main priorities of the government in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad and said, "According to studies conducted before the trip to the province, there are many suspended or closed capacities in the province in various areas of production, industrial and civil engineering that must be activated or revived as soon as possible”.

Ayatollah Raisi emphasised, “The government will seriously pursue the development of downstream industries of oil, gas and petrochemical industries, completion of dams and semi-finished projects and revival of inactive industries in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad”.

The President mentioned paying attention to the villages as another axis of the government's transformational approach and said, “The villages have a lot of economic and production capacities that if activated, we will see the cessation of the migration of villagers to the cities, for which the government has extensive plans”.

Pointing out that the progress and development of the country is not possible without using all its capacities, the President said, “The 13th government emphasises that all people should participate in the path of change and progress in the country and experience has shown that wherever people stand by governments, success has been achieved”.

Ayatollah Ra'isi also stressed that all executive managers of the country should use the capacities of the women and girls in the process of creating change in the country.

Referring to the warrior spirit of the people of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, the President said, "The people of this province have always been pioneers in the fields of defence of the revolution, system and values, as well as duty, and therefore serving these people is a public duty for all government officials".

In the end, Dr Raisi referred to the high capacities of the province and said, "We should all work and try in such a way that the people of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad feel that they are really witnessing a different approach and performance that is in line with the ideals and goals of the revolution".
