During the meeting, the cabinet underscored Iran’s macro policies and stances on the all-inclusive fight against terrorism and international financial crimes.

The Council of Ministers also went on to state that the final ratification of the bill by the parliament was imperative for confronting US illegal sanctions and conspiracies against the country.

The cabinet expressed hope that all ambiguities would be resolved through explanations of economic and legal experts and the two remaining bills related to AML/CFT would be prepared to forward as soon as possible so that the Islamic Republic of Iran’s financial transparency would enjoy the necessary legal support.

The Council of Ministers further reviewed and approved the proposals of the Plan and Budget Organisation and executive organs on water and electricity, transportation, gas, agriculture, and natural resources and culture in order to address the developmental problems of Sistan and Baluchistan Province.
