6685 en 1 46 2007-09-18 13:20:19 - - 22401 6686 President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad attended Majlis session Tuesday morning to brief the MPs on his government's efforts to implement the Fourth Development Plan. <br /><br /> The president will inform Majlis deputies on performance of his cabinet in economic, cultural and social fields. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> President Ahmadinejad was accompanied by a number of ministers including Minister of Foreign Affairs Manouchehr Mottaki, Information Minister Gholam-Hossein Ejeie, Minister of Finance Davoud <br /><br /> Danesh-Jafari and Housing and Urban Development Minister Mohammad Saeedi-Kia. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> He presented a report to Majlis on implementation of the Fourth Five-Year Economic, Cultural and Social Development Plan. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> He said that proper implementation of the development plan would prepare the grounds for gaining access to a broader prospect envisaged in the 20-year Vision Plan for Economic, Social and Cultural Development (2005-2025). <br /><br /> <br /><br /> He referred to the 20-year Vision Plan as the summit of the country's development which required an operational plan. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> President Ahmadinejad urged both government and Majlis officials to focus their activities within the framework of the 20-year Vision Plan. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> President that Tehran &quot;does not take seriously&quot; recent threats by French officials. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> His remarks came during his talks with reporters at the end of his address to the Majlis where he briefed the MPs on the performance of his government for implementation of the country's Fourth Development Plan (2005-2010). <br /><br /> <br /><br /> &quot;We do not take these statements seriously.
