Dr. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, made the remarks, today (Saturday) in a meeting with new French Ambassador to Iran Bruno Foucher.



“Now is era of the new global order based on justice and respect in which all countries have come together in partnership and I hope all the politicians will comprehend such changes,” said the president.



He added: “If relations are built on justice and mutual respect, they will benefit all nations.”



He underscored the importance of establishment of cordial and friendly relations among world nations, made the remarks: “If some people think that can establish new order personally, they are wrong.



The Islamic Republic of Iran has made great efforts to foster relations with world nations, he said, adding that there are no major differences between Tehran and Paris…but it is important that both countries make efforts to enhance bilateral relations.”



The French envoy submitted his credentials to President Ahmadinejad and said Paris wants to improve its ties with Tehran, adding, “We believe that if there is a disagreement between the two countries, we can find a solution to resolve it.”



“Iran and France enjoy a historical relationship, and today we are determined to expand our relations with Tehran,” Foucher added.
