Dr.Ahmadinejad today in the afternoon in an interview with the UN TV Network in response to a question regarding the words of Obama at the UN General Assembly about Iran remarked: "The nation of Iran has always been ready to hold dialogues and he knows that the only way to solve the world's issues is having dialogues under fair and respectable circumstances .While he is talking of diplomacy, we do not think that the meaning of threat and sanction is diplomacy. The people who are after threat and sanctions in fact they are not after diplomacy.



The president stressed: "The period of threat and sanctions have ended, and continued; under the present circumstance of the world, the rights of all the nations must be respected and recognized and justice must rule in the world's ties, the period for some who know that they are the owners of the world unilaterally and issue orders for other nations have generally expired.



Dr.Ahmadinejad expressed that many of the IAEA members possess atomic bombs and there hasn't been any reports on their nuclear activities and reminded: "How come Mr. Obama was not aware of these issues and he does not say anything in this regard, Iran has had the most co-operations with IAEA, of course we will never go under bullying and pressures and it makes no difference whether this bullying is from the US or other countries because we believe that the period of bullying has expired.



In response to a question "What does Iran mean out of the fair conditions for holding dialogues and negotiations? The president mentioned: "Fair conditions mean that everyone will have equal conditions, when some people consecutively resort to threat and menaces, no doubt we cannot negotiate under the condition of threat, using the lever of force in the negotiations is useless, and laws must be the benchmark for the negotiations. Disarmament and non-proliferation regarding atomic weapons must be observed in accordance with laws, everyone must accept laws and respect one another's' rights, of course if they do not accept the trend ,we again hold talks ,but these talks are fruitless because the negotiating party wants to have an upper hand and does not adhere to laws.



Dr.Ahmadinejad added: "So as to have fruits in the talks, everyone must act in accordance with laws and in conformity with laws, and observe laws as principles, using the rhetoric of threat and pressure pertains to the colonial period and today as the world has thriven and the nations are awake and as a result every one demands his own rights.



The president stressed that all the nations are equal with one another, and continued: "The US president has no supremacy to for instance the president of guinea, Jordan and Egypt. If a person claims to be better than others it shows that he lacks all kinds of qualifications.

Dr.Ahmadinejad, in response to a question related to the possibility of nuclear exchanges, said: " Based on the Tehran declaration whose context is clear and fair and legal ,we are ready to do nuclear co-operations and exchanges.



In response to a question related to not accepting some of the IAEA inspectors, the president mentioned: "We have this right in accordance with the laws, to notify our protests against the inspectors who do not observe the laws to the IAEA to have other inspectors. The inspectors must observe bailment and laws, and if there is a person not doing such then the member state has this right to ask the IAEA to introduce another person for the previous inspector.



Dr.Ahmadinejad mentioned: "The nuclear energy is the rights of the Iranian nation and all the IAEA members and added: "Using the nuclear energy is not in the ownership of the IAEA , but this right is the right for the IAEA members to make the most of this right , and at the same time the member states must co-operate with IAEA.



The president talked of some of the reports on the co-operations of Iran and IAEA; IAEA has all the nuclear activities of Iran completely under supervision and dispatched its agents consecutively and frequently to inspect Iran's nuclear activities.



Dr.Ahmadinejad divided the IAEA's report into two legal and political parts and reminded: "Some part of the IAEA's report is documented with laws and bylaws, it has been announced that Iran has not had any deviation in his nuclear activities. Regarding the political part which is under threat and pressure compiled, and without relying on any legal article it only slanders and accuses and there are some requests out of the content of regulations, while the IAEA members are dutiful to act only under the context of laws, the thing that they say is that they are entitled to inspect all parts of Iran which is irrelevant and extraneous.



The president touched upon the illegal activities of IAEA against the nuclear activities of Iran; Iran is the only country whose nuclear information has publicly and illegally been published and has been given to the enemies of Iran while there are nothing published regarding the nuclear activities of other countries .Has the US as an IAEA member proven that he has not had any deviations in his nuclear activities? Is it not an offence that he spends annually around USD 80 billion to improve his nuclear weapons. Why hasn't the IAEA presented any report on such offences of the US administration and also other owners of the nuclear weapons? Is a country which produces the next generation of the nuclear weapons and annually spends hundreds of million dollars to produce atomic weapons dangerous, or the peaceful nuclear activities of Iran which does not have any deviation?



Dr.Ahmadinejad said: "What right does the US have to interfere in the internal affairs of Iran and other countries? Mr. Obama in his speech was threatening .based on what right does he allows himself to interfere in the nuclear subject of Iran? If it is based on having the right of veto, we call this right unfair. The right of veto was set up 60 years ago by the conquerors of the second world war, it is not permissible that the fate of today's nations was decided by 60 years ago, today we do not justify it, and no doubt if there are polls taken among nations and countries, nations do not vote in favor of the countries having the right of veto.



The president pointed out: "The UN was established to prevent bullying but today this same organization has turned into a tool to bully which must be corrected.



Dr. Ahmadinejad in response to a question stressed that sanction has no effect on Iran; the nation of Iran is a big and powerful nation and can meet his own needs.



The president added: "Today bullying with any color and type in the world is convicted, and not admissible. Dr.Ahmadinejad in response to a question regarding the objection of some people in New York towards the Islamic Republic of Iran said; Iran has a population of 75 million ,who are all free, and speak of their positions and views freely ,and we are not angry with this situation that the people practice freedom .Today majority of the world nations are in favor of the ideas of the nation of Iran , and they think that the positions of the nation of Iran are their own positions, because everyone is disagreed with discrimination and aggression and hegemony-seeking ,every one is in favor of peace and security ,and affection and friendship.



The president pointed out ; if the UN headquarters were in Iran ,no doubt during the speech of the US president there would be tens of thousands people demonstrating and objecting against the bully policies of his in front of the UN headquarters. Dr.Ahmadinejad in response to another question regarding the NPT said: "Iran makes all of his efforts till this treaty is executed correctly and all parts of the regulation will be observed. Iran has presented numerous bright and executive proposals in the NPT modification session, many of which have been adopted .We are hopeful that IAEA will execute all of them.



The president added: "IAEA is dutiful to fully execute NPT and its amendments for all members .of course the IAEA has been asked from the side of NPT amendment to present a report from the nuclear activities of the Zionistic regime, but so far no measure has been taken in this regard which is a kind of discrimination. The regulations of IAEA must be exactly executed for everyone.
