The President showed the “V-sign” hand gesture with the middle fingers wide open, also called the "peace sign" and the "victory sign," following the trilateral fuel swap declaration inked in the working breakfast session on the sidelines of the 14th G15 summit.

The president, showing the V sign "Victory Hand" symbol, wore a black shawl around his neck as a sign of mourning on the departure anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh (SA), the beloved daughter of holy Prophet of Islam Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH).

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva too had a silver colored bead in his hand.
