President stresses solving problems through unity
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Tuesday evening underlined the need for making greater efforts to solve the problems and settle all issues through unity and solidarity.
Addressing a group of Majlis deputies, he said the government and the Majlis share a common objective that is progress and development of the Islamic Iran.
He further praised the mass turnout of Iranian people in the recent presidential elections, saying the Iranian nation voted for brotherhood, solidarity, sovereignty, progress and love for Iran.
Condemning the conspiracies of enemies, he reiterated that some 40 million Iranians wisely voted for the Islamic system and the aspiration of the late Imam Khomeini.
