In a meeting with new Ambassador of Ireland:

President calls for boosting the private sector's cooperation between Iran-Ireland

President Rouhani referred to good bilateral relations and expressed hope in the promotion of mutual cooperation between the two countries following the successful nuclear negotiations and the end of the era of illegal sanctions.

Dr.Hassan Rouhani while receiving the credentials of the new Ambassador of Ireland on Sunday, stressed on common views of the two countries on many regional issues and noted that Iran and Ireland can further cooperate for common goals such as fighting the terrorism and violence in a region and world, Since the issue of terrorism, will not be solved but in light of advice, consultation and cooperation.

President Rouhani stressed the need to identify the possibilities of economic and cultural exchanges to enhance the level of trade and the development of scientific and academic relations, tourism and expressed the hope flooring in providing the necessary cooperation between the private sectors of Iran and his Irish counterpart.

For his part, the new Ambassador of Ireland to Tehran presented his credentials to the Iranian president said: "Islamic Republic of Iran is the key actor in the Middle East and must play a more active role in regional issues following the conclusion of the nuclear deal."

And the new Ambassador of Ireland explained that his country was still experiencing a crisis of terrorism and said: "Dublin is preparing to cooperate with all friendly countries to combat this global crisis."
